Physicians for Human Rights, who have been campaigning for an investigation into alleged war crimes by a U.S.-linked warlord in Afghanistan. The U.S. government has
impeded three (or more) investigations into the massacre of up to 2,000 surrendered Taliban soldiers, buried in mass graves at Dasht-e-Leili.
