Watch the original black and white 1960's show "The Outer Limits" - several episodes seem to be related to the mystery surrounding the use of torture/human experimentation and targeting. Since contemporary society is usually reflected thru books and films, even fiction, it seems to confirm that SERE-like techniques and related technology (that remains secret to this day), already existed in the early 60's. The episode last night ("Nightmare") was about torture and experimentation eerily similar to today’s except that “advanced” technology and drugs caused the hallucinations and pain. Also, the detainees are placed in a “Camp Zero-01” and are seen by an alien (“The Interrogator”).

Some scenes are also very similar to the film "The Manchurian Candidate".

The episode goes into the use of psychology to torture the multi-nation austronauts as well, including the German who turned in his Jewish grandfather to the Nazis during WWII, because he wanted to be a “pure Aryan” and the taunting as a child by his nanny for displaying a “congenital weakness” (crying) is replayed in a hallucination as a means of obtaining information. It also mentions the American airmen who were tortured during the Korean War.

The military is presented as running these “simulations.” In the end, the narrator mentions these "games" or inhuman experimentation are being done “to explore human behavior under simulated conditions of stress,” and “how else would we know how our men will react?” and that these will continue as long as there are wars, whether fought against a foreign country or an alien species and the need to strategize predominates.

To Anonymous. Thanks for the tip. I will definitely be checking it out!

There are many signs of earlier knowledge and reaction to the mind control experiments of an earlier era (which continue today). The novel and movie The Ipcress File comes to mind.

I wanted to emphasize that in the same vein, the technology being presented in those TV shows, movies and fiction, may be a sign that it actually existed and is probably being used to say torture present day detainees, specially at the black sites. It is possibly being kept secret because it probably isn’t just to generate loud sounds but say, to cause pain and the “five senses” to be affected (including speech, vision, mobility), and to target the brain in order to modify behavior (ala “Clockwork Orange”), or to “Induce Psycho-Neuroses by Conditioned Reflex under Stress” that might trigger schizophrenia-like conditions (too many of the detainees seemed to have developed schizophrenia, a condition that was apparently mostly rare).

Unfortunately, the existence of such “advanced” technology seems to be escaping scrutiny or even mention in the real world, let alone inviting lasting analysis. So the only “source” of its possible existence seems to be old TV shows, movies and fiction.

Other forms of harassment and torture (perhaps of the same origins) are being used on what might be non consensual experimentation right here in the United States. I speak out as a victim of harassment, social engineering and more recently episodes of stalking, death threats, constant phone and internet interference and hacking, and a judicial system that seems to partake in the experimentation more than provide justice.

Some places to look for the origins of harassment of this nature can be in Sargant's work in the 1950s on "breaking" persons, the effects of PTSD on the brain and on personality, the invention of the "mid-life" crisis in the 1940s, etc.

The other issue is the experiences of survivors of non consensual experiments. I believe that I'm one of those and to make matters worse, my harassment more recently took the appearance of "organized stalking." The problem with that is that the groups set up to help victims are "cointelproed," our harassers continue to gather information as we start telling our stories. The PTSD caused by this kind of harassment makes the victims not only susceptible to "group think" - substituting terms like "agents" or individuals involved in one part of the harassment for "perps" and framing the harassment into pre-existing tropes including end-of-world scenarios, NWO takeover, Illuminati and whatever else they can get us to believe.

Meanwhile, since I for one have communications interference, not only have I had social isolation (and even my academic emails and calls have interference) but I'm unable to contact the people who would be most interested in knowing my story or who could help to some degree.

The other issue for me is that something along the lines of MK Ultra subproject #130 was used in the overt harassment (with the cyberstalkers referring to "rebirth" even) - indicating that it is within these groups (what other groups are there) that they would have the victims "controlled."

I suggest we take back the term "behavior modification" and leave out the more exotic "mind control" and place responsibility for these projects on the justice system. One can only hope that revelations about Guantanamo will not only reveal who is behind our harassment and the fact that it exists but will give us some peace, justice and reparations for the hell that we've been put through.

It's time for this experimentation to end and for us to get justice and reparations for the hell we've been put through. I am not the only member of my family who has been a victim.
